What Happens When You Order. From Our Studio to Your Wall.

We think the order process should be as considered as the product itself. This article walks you through exactly what happens from the moment you place an order to the moment the calendar is on your wall.

When your order is placed on the website, you receive a confirmation email immediately. Within one hour of that confirmation, we send you a personal WhatsApp message from our number. Not an automated message. A message from us, using your name, confirming that we have received your order and telling you when it will be dispatched. This is not standard e-commerce practice. We do it because we believe the relationship between a maker and a buyer should feel personal, especially on the first contact.

We begin preparing your order within one to two business days of confirmation. Each calendar is inspected before packing. We check the markers for smooth movement. We check the board finish for any imperfections. We check that the language edition matches your order. If anything does not meet our standard, we do not dispatch it. We start again.

The calendar is packed in our studio in packaging designed to protect the product during transit and to feel premium on arrival. We include a brief handwritten note from our team. If you have added a gift note at checkout, it goes inside the packaging with the calendar.

Once dispatched, you receive a Shiprocket tracking link by email and WhatsApp. The link updates in real time. Standard delivery across India takes five to eight business days from dispatch. Metro cities are typically faster, three to five days. If your order is time-sensitive, tell us at the time of ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

Two days after confirmed delivery, we send a WhatsApp message asking if everything arrived well. Not asking for a review. Just checking. If there is any problem with the order, that is when we hear about it and fix it. The review request comes a few days after that, once we are confident the product has been received correctly.

That is the whole process. From order to delivery to follow-up. Handled personally, every step, by the same small team that made the calendar in the first place.
