Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship to all major cities and most serviceable pincodes across India through our shipping partner, Shiprocket. At checkout, enter your delivery pincode to confirm serviceability. If your pincode is not serviceable through our standard network, please WhatsApp us at
+91 95853 82557 and we will explore alternative arrangements.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside India and wish to order, please write to us at hello@nithyam.shop and we will assess whether a one-off arrangement is possible.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout regardless of your location or order size.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order within 1–2 business days. Each calendar is inspected before packing. We do not dispatch products that do not meet our quality standard.
For corporate orders of 10 units or more, processing begins after the advance payment is received. The full 10–14 day timeline applies from the date of advance payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to metro cities - Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune - typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and to remote pincodes, may take 7–10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it in the order notes at checkout or WhatsApp us before placing your order. We will confirm whether your date is achievable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. This link is powered by Shiprocket and updates in real time. If you have not received a tracking link within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please write to us and we will investigate immediately.
Festival and
High-Demand Periods
During peak gifting seasons - Diwali, Pongal, Tamil New Year, and other major festivals - order volumes are higher and processing and delivery timelines may extend by 2–4 business days. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks ahead of any festival date during these periods.
We will communicate expected delays on our website and Instagram page during peak periods. If your order is time-sensitive, always WhatsApp us before placing it and we will give you an honest timeline.
Delivery Attempts
and Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our studio. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch shipping charges may apply for the second attempt if the original delivery failure was due to reasons on your end, such as an incorrect address or unavailability.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including door number, building name, street, area, city, and pincode. An incomplete address is the most common cause of delivery failure.
Packaging
Every Nithyam order is packed in premium packaging designed to protect the product during transit and to be presentable on arrival. We do not use excessive plastic. The outer packaging is sturdy enough to protect the calendar during courier handling, and the inner presentation is considered - you can gift it directly without additional wrapping.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with packaging that is visibly damaged or crushed, please photograph the packaging before opening it and then photograph the product. Send both photographs to us on WhatsApp at +91 95853 82557 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details on damaged product claims.
Corporate Order Shipping
For corporate orders of 10 units or more, we dispatch all units together in a single coordinated shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you require delivery to multiple addresses - for example, directly to individual employees - please discuss this with us during the enquiry stage. Multi-address corporate dispatch is available and will be quoted separately based on your requirement.
