These terms and conditions govern your use of Nithyam and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Nithyam is a registered craft studio based in Karamadai, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu, India. We make handcrafted perpetual calendars. Every product sold through this website is made in our studio by our team.

Every Nithyam calendar is handcrafted. Because each piece is made by hand in a small studio, there will be natural variations in wood grain, finish tone, and marker colour depth from piece to piece. These variations are not defects. They are the nature of handmade objects and are part of what makes each calendar its own.

Product images on this website are as accurate as photography allows. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. If you have a specific question about a colour or finish before ordering, please write to us at hello@nithyam.shop and we will respond with additional photographs.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

By placing an order on Nithyam, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse of the platform. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of checkout. Nithyam is not responsible for non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

All transactions on Nithyam are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Payment is collected in full at the time of order unless otherwise communicated in writing for corporate orders.

For corporate orders of 10 units or more, a 50 percent advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Production does not begin until the advance payment is received.

All content on this website - including text, product photographs, renders, brand identity, logo, and product design - is the intellectual property of Nithyam. No content may be reproduced, distributed, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

The design of the Nithyam perpetual calendar is original work developed by our studio. Any reproduction or imitation of the product design or format is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

Nithyam's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use a product purchased from us.

Our products are designed for indoor wall mounting and personal daily use. They are not intended for outdoor installation, commercial display installations, or any application beyond personal and gifting use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made through this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
