At Nithyam, we take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. As our flagship perpetual calendars are artisanal and often made to order, we ensure they are packaged securely to reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at ordernithyam@gmail.com for a custom quote.

2. Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 6-8 business days.

• Pre-orders / Customized Items: Please refer to the specific timeline mentioned on the product page (typically 10-15 business days for handcrafted production).

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order should reach you within:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5-10 business days.

• Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 12 business days depending on the courier partner’s reach.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and will be displayed at checkout.

• We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value ₹2,500. Check our homepage for active offers.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. If you find the product is damaged after opening, please take a photo/video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement.
