Cancellation Policy

At Nithyam, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted perpetual calendars and trackers. Because our products are made with care and often produced in limited batches, we follow the policy outlined below:
1. Cancellations

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

Pre-orders: Cancellations for pre-orders are accepted within 48 hours of the order date. After this period, the materials for your handcrafted piece are allocated, and cancellations may not be possible.
2. Returns & Replacements

Handcrafted Nature: Please note that slight variations in wood grain, texture, or color are natural and unique to handmade items. These are not considered defects.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us at ordernithyam@gmail.com / +91 9585382557 within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage: To process a replacement, we require a clear photo or unboxing video of the damaged product and the packaging.
3. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a damaged/defective item is unavailable.

Process: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Digital products (like the Nithyam Tracker: Digital Edition) are non-refundable once the access link has been sent.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will arrange a reverse pickup where possible. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the item.
